Notice, all of those players are currently in the top 15? All the players in the current top 10  get rung every 10 days automatically and that counts you as being active. Looks like the ladder stopped doing that back in 2013 as all the players in the top 15 have a days idle of ~480 days.

im sure his wins were gained by the same bot that spammed upvote/downvote here. thats why he set it up so easily - experience

LoL how do you know if it was setup easily do you have monitoring software on my computer?
