Djinkahn - war2 video, some utilities and puzzle maps.
ngk~laalaa - Making the awesome war2 replay software and updating it even when he stopped playing.
xslider (showdog[eg]) - Creating the war2 observe software
Burnt - Mass advertising, replay channel, hosting tournaments, teaching newbies etc
Blid - The main server admin from day one. Usually cool headed and pays for the server for all the dick heads to play for free.
iL - Combat developer who updated combat countless times, hosted ru on his work pc, developed many utilities for war2 amongst others.
Mousetopher - Stepped up and made her server and website without asking or begging for admin like all those clowns in there. Eventually made the ru website and forums which she runs.
Lightbringer- - The admin who bans hackers faster than his shadow. Yeps, that's me. Hi Lance, swift, master and dellam by the way!

Nice list! Except for lightbringer-, auto-denied. And not for reasons you would think. He just blew at war2 and never did anything meaningful to ever be worth remembering. Forgot about ones like showdog and djinkahn etc

You gotta include for Burnt and Ldir that they founded the server together, and especially for Burnt that he colonized the server and made  it the place for War2 players to go.  In retrospect we're super lucky we migrated when we did to a place without cd keys required.

I don't think blid was the main admin from day one. I think it was Burnt and at some point it changed

Definitely the "head" admin was Burnt until he stepped away some time while Lance was hosting the server.  Dunno if "main" = "head" but yeah burnt was the leader and did more for the community than me in the opening years, by far.

He didnt step away.  More like was taken away.......... in the patty wagon LMFAO.  He was MIA for about 5-6 months due to being in the slammer for drug possession (crack or meth, I forget which) and either parol or probation violation due to the possession.  I think it was parol since he had been in the slammer previous to that.  IDK what the difference between probation/parol is other than parol is what you get after being in jail, and probation is what you get instead of jail maybe?  So my guess would be parol violations.  Either way.  Dude is a bad guy.
