Does the server still crash every night at 10 PM EST?

Just wondering because the PBall tournament is at 9 PM EST Saturday and the PBall Reunion Tournament got messed up due to the server crashing at that time. The last 60 Man tournament I don't think it crashed at that time though, does it still crash at 10 PM EST?

My vps logs say no, my bots have been on for weeks.

Okay thanks Tupac, I thought it stopped doing that but wanted to be sure. If it was going to crash an hour after the tournament started wanted everyone to know beforehand what to do. Glad it doesn't anymore, thanks.

I was told it still does crash every day, but at around 5am because iL moved the chron job.

If I am idle in chat I don't get disconnected but around 5 est every morning if I am trying to join a game or was in a game I will disconnect from server and not be able to log back in for anywhere between 5-20 minutes. Once it comes back up all people that were idle are still there and anyone that was playing is gone so it kinda ruins games for anyone at that time in the morning.

My bot has not dropped at those times. It could of lagged out though. I did see trouble this morning.

It still locks up every day at 5am yes.  I now use a reconnect script so my bots are no longer affected,  but yes it does die at about 5:15am EDT every day the last time I checked.

Did stealth bot show a disconnect?? Mine dosent, I wonder if stealth bot has a bug....

Last time I experienced this issue the server wasn't down. It just would not reply. So if I typed /games, or hi the server would not reply with /games or send hi...

I wonder if we can just get a better ram and cpu for vps.

Been sick as hell, and tooth pulled tmr. Im just lost I'm not getting a disconnect everyday I posted the one I got at 9ish AM. But that's not everyday for me....

Anyways I wonder if stealth bot just isn't showing me a disconnect. I'll recheck the bot logs in the morning see if I get a disconnect around 9am my time.

That's what I was wondering stealth bot timers are around 20 minutes the problem lasts from 15 to 20 minutes. I wonder if stealth bot never sent a packet to the server to get a response in that amount of time to determine if the server is up. Maybe when it's keep alive or whatever is sent the server is back up. So it shows me no disconnect?? IDK

The problem is that the server does not reply for about 15-20 mins.  It locks the MySQL tables for a backup process and during that time PVPGN stops working.  It will accept commands, but it will not return results until the tables are unlocked.  This results in stealthbot sometimes disconnecting and sometimes it doesnt.  It just depends on how long the lock on mysql lasts.
