Live action lol, but the people in that shot are probably all or mostly CG.

In general, game developers have a lower median salary than their business counterparts.

They also tend to be really bad about overtime and crunch time and shit due to the nature of the business ("Assassin's Creed: Future War MUST be complete by 10/1 so we can start working on the next one due out in a year!!!")
