Add entry: Where to find Screenshots in your PC, then post a shortened url for http://server.war2.ru/about/screenshot-policy/

Add entry: Host games but people can't join? Fix latency then post shortened url for http://server.war2.ru/support/warcraft-ii-hosting-latency-fix/


i see people all the time asking the same shit over and over
need to clear this up, people are DUMB by nature, dont want to read. besides that hosting article is not easy to spot as it is.


also, on the ss.war2.page add a big banner saying "Can't find your screenshot on your PC? Click here"
theres plenty of empty space on that page.

yeah, those are nice IMO. if you have other suggestions go ahead

also more aliases can be added at any given time, its not necessary to pack everything up in //noob

These are all good suggestions; I agree that a lot of problems can be fixed by making the current support info more centralized and easy to find. I'll see about adding a "can't find your screenshot?" support banner/link to ss.war2.ru too.

For shortened URLs, maybe we could make our own? Shouldn't be hard to set up simple 301 redirects to the most important help articles using addresses like war2.ru/ss and war2.ru/hosting or similar.
