I just realize when i stream im laggin pretty bad, how so?

The stream is lagging, or you are lagging in the actual game?

If your CPU use is high try running the CPU Savior app before you start war2: ftp://ftp.war2.ru/war2/utils/cpusavior_cmd.rar
