well depends on how much they play now also. viruz is great got to spec him when he "returned" rusty..so to the ones taking a hiatus. they'll be people taking there place.

well yall know of the peeps more than me i rarely play..anyone that has been #1 should be tier1? or in the top 10? 5?

the top 100 are all pretty badass players,used to play with jessu 10 years ago and he mopped my ass and i still am descent......but he played at levels  better than the best ones on kali ..pool of about 20 people and i considered them good lol.

The main reason for splitting people up into different tiers is to make it easier for players to compete with each other in their own tournaments.

Tier 1s will play amogst themselves with a few tier 2s.
Tier 2s will play amogst themselves with a few tier 3s (tier 1s will not be allowed)
Tier 3s will play amogst themselves and no tier 1 or tier 2s will be allowed.

Try to use this as your basis for putting people in their respective tiers.

otherwise simplicity, go by  ladder ranks.

ladder ranks are easily manipulated and have already been proven to be inaccurate.

please add t4 if possible i'd love to see a ranking for new players who understand the basic of this game.

it would also be fun to see a noob tourney without it being flooded by smurfs

Sure I would love to maybe add a 4th tier but for now lets try to figure out who is tier 2 and 3.
