If you're lookin for a REAL customs map.  Try playing all of the KPud maps and then report back in about 10yrs when you've played them all

ships are flying smarty ... my maps are pretty good if i say so meself
i dont base my ego to playing a bunch of standard maps lol but orcs in space now thats an idea
dont walk up to my house with all your lusted orges cause bships gonna lay the smack down (still beta)
dont blame me dam orcs fiddling with magic evolving there reach into the galaxy. towers are dif to acccomadate the newer technology.

birds are remade into (sc1)gaurdian-like- cant attack air but longer range and lots of damage to ground structures.

What do the kpuds have to do with Gow?  Kpuds are custom maps that adhere to an actual standard (which GoW nor GoW BNE conform to btw).  They are far different than Gow and resemble POS or FOC more than they do Gow.  So I'm puzzled how you equate them as all "Gow" lmao

gow is the only map that matters for mellee and for a good reason dam great map design.
they are 2 parts of the game land and sea the land is giving a faster rush thus addictive simpler straight foreward.
 sea is slowing stuff down and adding more strategy.

u take for example warhammer put him on gow  no way put him on a sea map he's gonna kick your ass.

i bet a bunch of noobs have never played a sea map. why cause they more than likely suffer from add but people get caught up in one thing when warcraft2 isnt that at all mearly one part .
and people that make customs is enjoying another part even if it was hacked into it ahhh just <3's all around

when they do the tourney maybe they should make all new maps mellee that would check players adjustments ie being on a battlefield instead of a footballfield.

not gonna happen but i am impressed at how good the gow players are so dam quick and u can tell they are playing hard its enertaining!
