aka-4 banned for refusing SS

most agree it is martin18 but names that matched the IP he was currently using were slacher and bhc-master.

in the past, i have let both slacher and master know if martin18 plays on their internet and gets in trouble, their IP will be banned.

just permban that trio/duo/psycho already. hes talking to himself using multiple accounts on the forum, the doubt regarding his alleged brothers/neighbours is more than rational here, fuck all of them and permban on sight
