What happened to master chalange?

Hey i dont know where to watch or in last weeks there were not any master/grand master games? For me it was always interesting to watch some pro games, but in last few weeks didnt really see any. Lone is the only active pro player that make other pro to be active, he always looks for some good opponents and in my opinion this makes other good playera to feel some pressure/ competition. And to stay in god shape. All i want is to see other good players( maybe not masters) to chalange those guys, or they will get asleep and will be always sayin they are rusty. So good players chalange them please . More fun and exp for you, some good reason for pros to remain in good shape and some cool games for noobs and others. Glhf!!

we had talked in the past about making icons for the next levels below master; we have "champ" and "pro" icons ready to go, should we hand out like 3 each & let people fight over those for our amusement?

Sounds nice! There are lots of tier 2 players or maybe even tier 1 that are not masters that have a very decent game style/skills. They cant really  chalange a master but can be motivated by this icons to play and stream their games.  Good motivation for some ggs.

This idea was thrown out because it was kind of difficult to decide who to give them to.
It's generally accepted that the current master tag holders are the best players on the server. Nobody has bothered to challenge any of them because most players stand very little chance.

well I'm reviving it now! dw, you don't have to give money to them or anything, but I think it'd be fun to throw a tag or two out there & let people compete over them. it'd be easy to break players into 3 approximate tiers and just promote anyone who dominates the lower tiers for too long. like if reigning tier 3 champion claw takes the tier 3 icon and no one can regain it for a month then kick him out & only let him fight for the tier 2 icon, etc. we can just keep it very informal & fun !
