no. status quo is status fail.

blowing up the team isn't necessary but doing nothing shouldn't be an option either. other teams like celtics and 76ers are getting better too.

Status quo is the 1 seed in the East.  that's good.  if LeBron ever got hurt the Raptors could maybe make the finals and get swept by the warriors/rockets which is even better.  Not many teams can reach those heights.  Of course, blowing it up is sort of cool too but Toronto is too far behind teams like the Celtics and Sixers to do that immediately, i'd let the current team run its course for another ~2 years and then start rebuilding from the gruond up.  gotta enjoy some semblance of winning while you have the chance, some rebuilds fail and then it's just losing for years with no reward (hornets, kings, etc) and you'll miss these days

of course firing casey is fine just promote nick nurse.

firing Casey isn't going to hurt their winning tbh, if they can get a smart coach to replace him. Nick Nurse is a scrub, Budenholzer would likely be better than him. Ujiri is an elite GM he's not going to hire some dumb bitch like Jason Kidd.

I heard Nurse rebuilt their offense and is why they got so much better this season.

nearly every year they have great offense and defensive ratings but it never translates into the playoffs.

they passed the ball more this season which was really the only difference, they focused less on iso. which was something that they obviously needed to do since they got swept by the wizards but it took them until this season to finally do it.

tbh i think derozan needs to develop a 3 point shot and develop his game to where he doesn't need to be ball dominant. otherwise he's a scrub.

one thing i'm curious about is how the new coach will use Jonas because Casey hasn't used him properly ever.

The abuse and intimidation that Sterling experienced at the hands of Milwaukee Police was shameful and inexcusable. Sterling has our full support as he shares his story and takes action to provide accountability. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated case. It shouldn’t require an incident involving a professional athlete to draw attention to the fact that vulnerable people in our communities have experienced similar, and even worse, treatment. We are grateful for the service of many good police officers that courageously protect us, our fans and our city, but racial biases and abuses of power must not be ignored. There needs to be more accountability. The Milwaukee Police Department and local officials have acknowledged the challenges they are working to address, and we urge them to enact higher standards and more direct accountability. We all want to be able to trust each and every officer serving to protect us. Incidents like this remind us of the injustices that persist. As an organization, we will support Sterling and build on our work with local leaders and organizations to foster safe neighborhoods and better our community.
