lol @ jon and his burpees. For 10+ years you've been lying about how you can do more than 1 burpee!
Burnt- focus more on CARDIO. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. HIIT CARDIO if you have the will to do so.
Also, good job on posting online as it helps keep yourself accountable!
