Master tags should automatically lapse after 'x' period of time. I'd say 6 months is a reasonable if not slightly long delay....

will take 1 month till the poll result are "conclusive/reliable" (because everyone could vote!) and then another 1 month for iL response. By that time nobody will give a shit anymore :p
