It's probably absolute synergy... me and flare started it back up in 2008 or 2009 .. so he probably came back (if it's real flare) and started it up. I'll ask him on Fb.

It's much more of a treat to play with regular allies. I started Absolute Synergy maybe late 01ish. I was 17. The tag was Nedro-AS. I recall it mainly being a three-man team of myself and the first two members listed below. I was the team strategist while they out-executed me. 12-18 months earlier I had created Peon Alliance, ~`Nedro@PA. Blueflare may have been in that one too. I really enjoyed allying sLuGGo. I had trained him and we had already thought a lot alike. Here is who I remember being in it :
Foonat (he was still improving in heaps and obviously continued to after AS)
sLuGGo (maybe my favorite ally ever)
Blueflare (good friend who I had been in a few clans with iirc)
BiZatch (stint)
Ywfn (i THINK he did a stint)
I have already spoken to ilyich[as] about the coincidence. I think it's a good clan name.

Yeah blueflare was the one who decided the name ... I didn't initially know it was a previously used clan and by the time I realized it I had built a clan of 8-10 newbs, made like 20 training videos introducing myself as "tk from absolute synergy", a webpage...so it was kinda too late to switch names after . I used it as a training clan and have been using the name the last 7 or 8 years I guess.
It's all blueflare's fault. Blame him.

I'd say they were essentially 2 different clans with the same name. Blueflare went afk after a month or so.. and the focus of the clans were very different.. very interesting series of events tho.

He said he was just stopping for a few games though. Frosty Warriors I believe is what it stands for, they use to have a pretty popular website/forum too. Maybe someone else here can chime in.

I would add Proof-Dealer, Evil~Manowar, Xcal, and Flea under active PBallers as well. There are a lot of other PBallers who could be added to that list too but many are choppers and or BNE players too or currently inactive. I'd say flea wouldn't mind being called a PBaller his favorite map is footman frenzy and he plays BGH and PBall also, not to mention all his donations to PBall tournaments =D.

i have a question... why are some of my old names deleted and characters no longer allowed to be used? When Ru first popped up, one of the first clans was the Legends clan where the tag was |[USERNAME]|. My old name doesn't exist :(

maybe some allowed characters were removed for technical reasons, if so then usernames w/ those characters may have been purged at that time

Aw that sucks because it looked like he was playing really good. Thought maybe Ash was digging in deep to his old roots to energize his warcraft 2 gameplay. The PunkAsh/Sh4de team was like 9-1 yesterday in 2vs2 games with pretty decent players.
