Title: issues with 4.4 that i've found

warlat isnt working... cant set latency to low

whenever i host i have to change resources from anything other than high resources, and back to high resources to actually get high resources.. otherwise the game loads as "map default" resources even if it appears to be set to high resources while creating the game.
