Hey guys thanks for the help!

My Laptop
Windows 10
I7 quad 4ghz
16 GB ram


 I download this a month or so ago. Installed it and played the human campaign and everything went fine. I started the Orc game and beat the first 3 levels. Went to play today and after the save loaded, I got the level i just beat, than the level with the kills and click continue. It just goes black.

I tried a new game and it just goes black.

I tried to install rar again but had the same problem.

Try combat 4.01. It also includes campaign.
Nostalgi is old and nobody supports it.
Sav files should be compatible, so you can use your save from nostalgi

Sadly I get a different error. With 4.01 I double click on the icon to start. The Warcraft II start up screen is shown and suddenly i get " warcraft 2 is not working looking for solution and it just hangs.

The old was working for months. As far as I know nothing changed on my laptop.

Hm, try to disable DEP in your windows (set DEP active for system services only) or to add "C:\war2combat\Warcraft II BNE.exe" to DEP exclusions...
Also try to run war2 as administrator (or to disable UAC) on your windows.

Hey guys

So I gave up on my old laptop. I have a new laptop. I7, win 10 etc

I tried to download the nostalgi, when i hit the install i get an error that its not compatible with this system. When I click Warcraft II BNE i get the crash and looking for solution error.

If I install 4.01 It seems to work flawlessly. I can open the file and get ready to play. However when I click on new campaign i get no campaign in combat.

If I try to play a custom scenario it works fine.

Hi, that is simple to solve :-D
Campaign is an option on War2Combat
So you just need to reinstall.
No need to remove anything just run the isntaller again and choose the campaign option :-)
