came back, cant log on to server.war2.ru, (web page, server and/or backup)
log in thru anonymous proxy = succesful.
someone messing with my ip
whoever it is. fuck you.
go ban your moms ass.

Mouse or iL, any ideas why this would be? Smurfking you want to PM them your real IP maybe?

Dos protection could have blacklisted his ip? I know this happened me a few times until iL fixed it.

Sounds plausible, but I don't know how/where to check for that so iL will have to be the one to look into it.

Probably have the logged into the VPS itself. What he usually did.

If it's working now, I am sure enough it was his dos service that flagged your ip because it will release your ip after a certain period of time...
Did you try multiple quick attempts to the server?

1. your ip never appeared on bnet log, never joined (at least since Oct 11).
2. dos-protection filters doesn't work on both servers at the same time, so i'd say the problem is not related to server config.
Is your problem with http://server.war2.ru/ (http://server.war2.ru/) ? And what about http://war2.ru/ (http://war2.ru/) ?
Also an idea to try to ping server.war2.ru if you have such problem repeated.
To check if hostname resolves for you, then try tracert if server is down for you...
3. maybe your ISP (hirer at work, etc) blocked these 2 servers for you?

this just now... its happening again.

wont let me connect to either a) server.war2.ru b)war2.ru c)war2 server d)war2backup server
i can connect succesfully via www.pingproxy.com (http://www.pingproxy.com), no problem.
was in a game, then it turned extra slowly, after game i got kicked back to welcome screen and couldnt log back in.
my internet is fine. all working, streaming youtube, a movie, torrentz, etc...
^^ what i just emailed iL
& no im not engaging in behaviors that could trigger a server dos protection thing.

I just trying to ping your ip from both the server and the backup now, it works fine for me.
Not so good latency (150-200 ms), but it's stable.
I'd say that looks like a global routing problem between you and server (both servers?)
Try to ask your ISP. I'll try to ask hosting support, but you say that you have the same problems with both servers...
Also try when servers are unreachable:
1. to run ping server.war2.ru and ping backup.war2.ru
2. to run tracert -d server.war2.ru and tracert -d backup.war2.ru
3. to run ipconfig /all
And copy and paste the result to me in PM
