it is my understanding that me, tora, and warbux essentially have control over how things are operated on the server side.. and based on iL's list of rules that he created in 2014 i believe, i feel pretty confident he has no issues with this 1 hour ban.

assuming none of us cross any lines or go overboard, i don't think you'll be getting much support for being blatantly racist on the server.

i gave you multiple warnings. I even asked you politely to change your profile description .. a request that you not only ignored, but followed up by posting "NIGGERS" in the main chat.

If other admins tell me that i'm out of line (which i suspect they will if they believe it) then i'll step back from the issue. But until then you can expect increased levels of action.

So it would be super great if you stopped your public displays of racism. Keep them to yourself or in circles where it is acceptable.
On the flip side, if you feel like you're unjustly being targeted/harassed by other members of the community don't hesitate to let me know and we can handle those issues.

We're on the verge of trying to greatly rebuild this community. I plan on spending a lot of time, energy, and money to do it. I'd rather the new users come to a welcoming, or at the very least tolerant community so it's not all for nothing.

This incident has no impact on whether you will hack. It's pretty well understood within the community that you will use hacks year-round regardless of any interactions you have within the community. positive or negative.

im well aware that banning one IP will not stop you from entering the server. you're well aware that i need to step away from the computer sometimes. i'm well aware that you will spam racist slurs across the server every opportunity you get... this will just be a game we play until you finally get bored and move on to something else.

If you rob a bank, there are much higher consequences. Both are stealing, one is an extreme example and the other is a much lessor extreme. You are trying to rob a bank and get away with it and your argument to the judge is that, this guy stole a grape, he should be in jail for just as long as me. Black and white. I understand the straight up logic but this is not how life works my friend.
