It make no sence in a lot of instances.

Tiers suck because playing style affects games a lot.. and players are rarely ever peaked out.
If I play spb today he will probably win 60-40 if not more.. if I play him after I play a week straight it will be complete opposite.. but I rarely have opportunity to play that much so I accept the fact that active spb is better than inactive tk.
