It's not an error that we can fix.  Someone else is sharing the CD key.

You should be able to connect war3 to ru server you just need to download a loader to make it work with pvpgn. I have tons of keys PM for some.

Download the torrent, it works and u dont need serial key.

next stop further towards video here just do not want to send because ta giving error for me then rewrites, did not call in conversation, english errors and why the translation and sometimes the translator reverses the words SO out How wrong now
