Title: Why doesnt Sepi ever play anyone good?

Looking through his match history on the ladder, he pretty much sticks to tier 3 and occasional tier 2 opponents.

Says they won't play him and if you look at it he has also played good players like Ripe and spb... Would love to see a series vs swift or u8
