at the same paused point in the game, but each player have units in different positions?
So can a 400ms ping(delay) for example between 2 players account for a couple units being on the move show up differently on their mini map?
Player 1 sees 3 ogres on the move at point A
Player 2 sees same 3 ogres on the move 1 or 2 spaces differently than Player 1

nevermind. ran a test. the answer is yes.

Think about editing ss's, would you remove units...?
Makes no sense at all, but like you said you tested it. Still weird its not exactly the same.
Also make sure when your watching a tourney game you dont have to make flyers.
You made flyers all over jesk's base... wtf!?
Your an admin and you cant ruin games like that. He maybe just forgot to vision you.

yes u ( knitter did thx) and jesk and alf need to join so we get swift and da yankz and rest also come. sepi also. all fucking register. the big guys get rest big guys register.
there is no point that at 7pm or 5 pm or wotever we start managing things. who is who, who is where and what.
we make it simple. REGISTER EARLY. AND CHECK IN EARLY. that makes it way more easier for me as an admin to manage the tourney and brackets. and it saves ur time too.

2 screen shots taken by 2 different people (me and sepi) during the same pause.
the group of ogres on the mini map that are on the move (on the path from middle to 12) show up different on each of our mini maps... by like 1 space or so.

maybe problem is color? since player green color is shiny, and they just take up more space??
You need make ss where you can see this group of ogres, but I dont think so its possible

its not color. it's latency.
someone who has low latency has an advantage in the game. Things happen milliseconds earlier for someone with low latency than they do for someone with high latency.

yeah thats why me and sepi tested this.
the SS knitter took and the SS sepi took had units at different locations (1 space difference). The units were on the move.
both players took SS during same pause.
it's a latency issue.

If sepi is moving his ogres from bottom of map to top of map, and pauses the game.. and then asks for ss... my ss will show HIS ogres 1 step further back on my SS than his SS most likely.
