Title: Bots constantly hosting and cancelling games

There seems to be 6 bots, STATS_DOTA_1 2 and 3  and STATS_OMG_1 2 and 3.  They go to channel ghost and just seem to be wasting server bandwidth by consistently makin games and cancelling them.

Someone is using a host bot for Warcraft 3 named ghost. They are built to act that way! Not really useful since not many play war3 here....
