Ladder plaques are a part of warcraft 2 history, only so many were made and sent out. The one i own is quite unique because the username is the best unit in the game "OgreMage"
I would prefer to keep it but need funds after some unexpected large bills because its meaningful to me i wont sell it cheap. Hoping one of the rich wc2ers can help me out.

its not worth it for me sell it for a few measly hundred as its something i can never get back so high offer or no sale, few players claim to be millionaires so this would hardly dent their wallets

yes but this is the real deal, your custom made one wuld be a fake.
Its like a famous art painting, there maybe copys but they are worthless wea as the original is priceless
anyway prob no interest but worth a shot, pretty much i doubt anyone who doesnt alrdy own one from winning a ladder, would have an opportunity to own/buy a genuine piece of warcraft 2 history made by blizzard like this again.
The product is solid and not really debatable, Maybe the price is laughable? if genuinely interested PM me and we can talk negotiate price

i see what koorb is saying, it's a rare piece of blizzard & war2 history, so not worth letting it go for cheap. that said i dunno if other people would want to buy a trophy they didnt win for a lot of money heh.

I wonder how many plaque's in total Blizzard sent out for Warcraft 2 ladder winners.
In 10-20 years this plaque could actually be worth some serious money!!!

Your right it probably won't be worth anything.
However there is still a chance of a resurgence in collecting old blizzard memorabilia.
Especially if Blizzard were to go bankrupt for whatever reason.

This is another one I'm going to regret letting get away from me :(
I once saw a war2 box on ebay signed by all of the developers that was some christmas party gift but I didn't know if it was real or fake. The story sounded pretty convincing though.
This piece koorb was selling was defiantly worth $2000, I just wanted to get my savings up a bit more and hope he still held onto it.

You'd be surprised how much people pay for Blizzard stuff. I didn't think this would sell for 2k, but great sale none the less. I sold my double of Diablo 2 CE still factory sealed for $1100AU last year. I also sold a Sealed Diablo 1 for $600AU. There are collectors out there, including myself, who pay good money for items that are well kept! People are paying thousands of dollars for WOW server blades. I wouldn't mind one of those actually, if I could find the Frostmourne one :P
