Support Requests / [unsolved]GOT SERVER TO HOST

I bought a vserver in germany, so I can reroute my war2 traffic, having my ports opened, and maybe solve some lagging issues of my new provider. But can't join war2 server. After entering user name and password I stick and it threw me out. But I can join any other servers in the gateway list. So I think this my server got banned IP. I need some help here.

there was some questionably action, asked ss, as always they are smurfing to hack??
