dosbox+win3.1 dude ud have a ball,old programing software visual basic/java/c
u can copy webpages and open them  local ie 5.0 for 3.1... some people have got it to connect online but i never had the luck

u can use winff encode videos and watch... win 3.1 is pretty cool
