I have no idea if it will make any difference at all. But at the very least we can know for sure where the community stands on the issue.
Unless the community decides that we no longer support punishing repeated "toxic" behavior, there's just no way me, warbux, and burnt can be admins together.
It doesnt look like van has any desire to permanently change the way he interacts with other players, so there almost definitely will come a time where he gets another ban if i were admin. If that happened while banx/burnt were admins, they willl retaliate and attack me. We will have 2-3 admins attacking other admins. It won't work.
voting is all public. everyone can see the votes. if you're not comfortable with that, i apologize. I just don't want anyone to be wondering "Did people create fake accounts and vote?"

I can't speak for banx/warbux... but in my mind, i will have no ill feelings towards someone who votes for them/against me. if you think they're the better option, that's what we need to see, and visa versa.

i kinda thought about it when making the poll.. but wasnt sure because of the vote we took 3 or so months ago on the whole "Toxic community behavior" thing

I meant maybe ppl don't like you and them too.
So it wouldn't be to choose the smaller evil.

There wasn’t an option for you and xurnt. You both bring good to the community when not distrot and a tampon that needs changed. If you could both find a way to coincide with each other it would better the community. Mental breakdowns happen I have been going through one myself. In the end this game has been a huge part of my life as I’m sure it’s been a huge part of yours or else we wouldn’t be here still. I am extremely busy but if anyone ever needs someone to talk about some dumb shit going on in life just PM me and i will get back to you whenever i can. But for now quit bitching about the dumb shit this is war2 a game that has thrived on shit talk and calling people faggots. Some people are as thick skinned as others just shows the people who really didn’t play when this game was popular.

I think IL's solution was the best one for the moment.
TK is trying harder than I've seen anyone try, to engage the server, play the game, and make it more widely accessible.
And, I mean, 24hr bans?
Big deal.
Totally reasonable admin action.
That said, I can't support to the exclusion of other war2 ru contributors.
