Support Requests / having problems with initial game setup on a MacBook Pro using High Sierra

So basically I have tried several things and am still struggling and wanting to play my favorite childhood game again. I have used wine/winebottler and dosbox, but am just not having any luck and was hoping for some help...Thanks!
