Doing weights wont really help you in your quest to lose weight as much as having a good diet will. Don't keep a journal of what weights and exercises you do, instead keep a journal of what you eat and what you weigh each day. This will make you accountable to yourself. It's good that you have caught on now that you need to take action and not let it get too out of control to the point of no return. Keto diet will shred 30kg off you in 4-6 months if you do it properly

I appreciate it but I started a new job now where I'm getting a pretty good workout. My old job really fucked me up too. When I was 22 I was actually in really good shape from working out. I was doing 400 push ups a day and was up to sets of 12 pull ups at a time. Plus was doing a lot of other exercises. I'll probably just try to diet more and maybe after I shed some pounds I can get back into it.
I did at least inspire a few people to work out and diet including my mom who is almost to her goal now.

Unless your job is being a professional CrossFitter, you don't want to use the labour as an excuse not to train. We know you've got it in you, so get back on that horse, boy!
