let me answer u, no balance map(i think more than gow old ), u got 3 start spots(2 and 4 6) when u must play dual or ships, if u made dual with worst postion(2,6 and 4 also) and some1 is rushing juggs u are going lose, if u lose water fight u lost game, if u win water fight u still can win it, casue enemy juggs cant touch your base
for example u start and 9 and u are going make dual with 11 while ur opponent start 2, he is making ships.. ez win for dual
i would like see LOW hsc cause players need to make oil platforms for ships or tech
