Title: Tournaments section

I can click on EQ's post that is in the feed, but the forum itself isn't listed and gives this error when I try to go to it

"The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

Because UWC section is still closed for now, we have to do a couple more things and it's gonna be good.
