shut the fuck up, get a decent pc and use the 'report to moderator' button. this and every future post of "formal complaint" thread is spam

My client, Evil~Ryu has been sexually harassed numerous times throughout his life, to which the culprit was brought to justice. Many have tried to file such things against my client, but due to his trauma and being deemed incapable of such despicable acts, all those that have tried have failed in there attempts against my client.
