Yeah, or keep doing it your own way if you want, it's really no big deal.  Just make it clear and don't call them brackets   When you say brackets are up and brackets are posted it was like "wtf this guy is lying!!!  he's hiding the brackets!!  there's no brackets!"  I guess that was partly a misunderstanding/miscommunication.

I've actually been considering using challonge for a while. It has worked the way I do it so far though so I just continue to do it.

So what's your call Blid? Are you going to give the winners their PB Trophy Icons or what? The people who have them right now are all pretty much the best PBallers. QUICK{hR}, Xcal, and myself are who I consider the best PBallers on the server right now. 8)Mikulz(8 is very good too. 5 icons is not some unheard of thing and me and QUICK have had the icons for months I just don't get what it matters now. After the tournament in December they aren't going to be awarded anymore anyway.

My PBall group has 59 people and those are just PBallers. There are like Cam said yesterday probably 200-1000 or more people who play War 2 still.

... 10 active players? You realize during the PBall tourny there was 12 in thats more than 10 right there. During Tora's GOW tournaments 20+ people show up. There are far more than 10 active people on the server lol. If i had to guess around 200-300 active in a month and up to 1000+ in a year.

I mean, you care about it more than me so I feel kind of bad, but at the same time, the idea of 4 separate people all having a permanent champion icon is pretty ludicrous on its face.  I think the biggest tournament any of these people have won had maybe 12 people, this most recent one.  Subtract me and Archer and it's 10 people.  4 of those 10 participants ... that's 40% ... would now have champ icons.  Lol.

Masters have rotated for like 5+ years.  (We had a fastest master, and an ef master, and they would be updated.)  I don't think me or Mouse ever said "yes every winner of every one of these tournaments will get a permanent icon."  We just kind of didn't remove yours but I even brought this up a month+ ago that we should probably start removing the old ones. 

There has never been a person with a permanent champion icon in the history of this server, until perhaps the icon for Player which was for a yearly tournament and which has the year of his victory on it.  If you want someone to have an icon that doesn't go away I think it would need to be a yearly event, AND i'd recommend longer series for that too... to leave it less to chance.

Well, Smeagol already replied to you on this... 10 participants doesn't mean there's only 10 people in the scene.  There have been small GOW tournaments but there's probably 50 active GOW players around, maybe 75.  ...Although from the number of pball games I see get played, I don't think the scene is too big.

It's around 10 lol, same people play each other every night and show up for tournaments. I am sorry but that's the reality of it.

OK, whatever Smeagol!!  Whatever!!   What you want is really stupid.  You want half the active pball players to have champion icons.  Usually in any sport or event there is one reigning champion, which also, incidentally, is how we handle the master icon because that makes sense.  Additionally, pball isn't even War2.  But whatever!!!  Smeagol, you care so much about your precious, that why the hell not.  Alliances get tags, right?  We'll call it the Pball Tournament Winner Alliance or some shit and you can put all the pball players into it.  I know that when everyone is the champion, nobody is really the champion, but who cares!  It's not even War2 anyway, I turn the icon over to you.  It's your clan tag to do with as you want.
