claims he wasn't hacking when he clicked on my dk who he claims was in vision of his buildings, but was actually like 2 raxes away from enemy vision until the second he died after getting attacked He ran right past my unlusted ogres and went for the dk he didn't see lol. He also caught me unlusted at the perfect time as well. He was not running anti-hack, you can ask fam01. I've been playing since i was 5 years old, and i never request ss. this kid is hacking. he needs to post when asked. the time limit is 10 minutes. That's been server rules since 2006. Not cry about how he doesn't know how to take one and then show it to you.
Also he had plenty of time to edit it.

i feel like that may be a bit harsh considering its only been a few months since yamon just outright failed to post a SS and didnt even have to serve a full week ban. atleast this guy posted his ss

yeah tora pm'd me about this earlier today and i said the same thing, that
1) yes, people are expected to post promptly, and if they don't, a WARNING may be in order - yamon is making up the "10 minute rule"
2) the screenshot is after the pause and if tora judges it merits a temp ban that's fine

What's the legit player excuse is there for taking the ss after the pause? Really. It doesn't even say "has unpaused the game" on the screen so it's like at least 5 seconds later.

Honestly until the rules apply to everyone they shouldnt apply to anyone at all. since there are people who can not post ss's ever who cant be banned. might as well just deal with them til all people can be banned equally!

I have decided to reverse the ban I was going to inpose just because he hasnt done anything like this before now. With that being said if I see it again I will slap him with a full 1 week ban.
@Ltfan ever SS request that I have seen since becoming admin reguarding g3mini hasnt been done correctly.
Like i said in another thread you guys need to take an ss of the request with the user name you are requesting, and you need to hit /p and take a ss of that. If you do that and the said user never posts the SS I will ban them for 1 week, provided they aren't a new player to the server.

not everyone remembers to PING when they are angry about someone playing suspiciously.. in that case all it takes is someone going back and taking the 30 seconds to go find the game report to see that this person was clearly in the game. like in the case of crush and teaboy. the game reports showed that crush and teaboy were in the same game when the SS was requested which means he did not post that SS and that is a ss denial worthy of a ban

Its a matter of principle. The rules reguarding SS clearly say you need to take an SS of everyone's ping. I relize u guys dont remeber to hit the /p command, but that is the very reason why I am pushing for you guys to do it.
Next time you play g3 or whoever and you SS request remember to hit the /p command. If you do that and they fail to post I will ban them for 1 week as I already stated.

I like to hack, hackers, they take advantage of people in games. So when I find out I own them with l33t hacks. They tend to say wtf and leave the game. I don't understand why hahahaha ;)

it's not my fault admins have not withheld server rules in the past. But i've been banned for not posting before as well and no one was happy about it. It's simple. The 10 minute rule has been in effect ever since U.S. East. 10 minutes is more than enough time to sufficiently edit an ss. There is no reason to NOT post within 10 minutes, it's an easy task. Nor would I ask an admin to ban someone in a controversial manner in which their methods will just be put into question. Rules are the rules, it's that simple.
Practice server etiquette and learn how to post an ss and this will NEVER happen to you.

The whole point of the /p is to prove you were actually asking who you say you were asking right? So ideally every ss request should 1) be addressed to the person by name (if it's not a 1v1) and 2) either a /p or a game report to prove that the name isn't spoofed.

/gameinfo is to be used when dellam hosts a rigged map. That's good for seeing of the host is a spoof.
