Yeah, I mean when someone puts an altar down next to their wood line, then grabs all their wood peons. Really fucks your wood and at a critical point, unless your resources were out of control already

I see this a lot from bad players, using lumber mill peons to rep an altar or mound for example, I would call that a major issue that has impact that weak players do.
