Green mean that player gain rank by beating an higher ranked player then him.
Blue mean that player lose rank by getting beat by a lower ranked player then him.
Red mean that player is in critical situation and will lose 5 rank next week if he dont start to play 1v1 and protect his rank.
There 2 way to climb on that list.
1- Beat anyone in the top25 in a bo5 and take his spot directly!
Game have to be on old gow EF, but still can have an agreement between both players if they want to change maps and settings.
If they cant conclude an agreement, then it has too happen on old gow ef.
2- My own judgement! I am the creator of that list, i am the one riding that train, if i judge someone improve and i have seen it from my own eyes then i will re-rate him! If i judge someone getting worst and i have seen it from my own eyes, then i will re-rate him! If i seen peoples are abusing of ther position by not playing or only playing sure wins! I will re-rate him!
I dont say this list is 100% perfect, but i judge by who was active, who i seen play, who i play with, and i really think its representative of what i seen.

Swift beat him like 75-30 the last 2 months, pretty sure swift get borred of beating him over and over and just start to played the lazy way against him.

No but swift beat lone like 20-5 the last time i made that list, so that list his just using is basic frame from last time.

Regarding my old scores vs Swift, we used to do a lot training with me giving vision. The idea was that he'd target all my weaknesses until I patched up the holes in my early-mid game, to the point of securing a 2nd base. I'll say he was the only player I could not beat in a series tho.
Anyway, your ranking is fine. If Swift were to really unrust, he'd most likely be unbeatable with all his raw talent. I was just suggesting you to add a space to make it a prettier list lol

Igog implemented this and on this server the base/starting value is 1300.

For closed communities ELO works bad. It shows something reasonable only for the top of the players list.
In big, popular games you have a huge number of new players, who lose starting games. They give some points to better players.
In our case we have no this "injection". And most of games are played inside small group of people. Good players takes more and more points from medium players. And medium players has no possibility to restore rating.
So each new player has noticeable "handicap". But if they won't leave war2, they will play more and more games and give their points to better players. As a result you have not bad players at the bottom of the list, but players who has a lot of games. Only small number of strong and active players, who get most of points from all the community has rating which makes sense.

Innactivity mean they dont 1v1 at all, due the fact they are in top 25 they have to play and protect there position or other peoples who really deserve it gonna have those positions.
