How to edit Warcraft 2 buildings in MPQ?

Looking for the .grp files, extract them and then open up the bmp files and edit them.  Save them in the right palette.(forest.pal)(closest matching) and then add them back into the mpq file.

lambchop had made me a cool lil program to make this easier ill try an look threw my thigns see if i can get them for u ... pretty much u take a pic that u wana use drop it on top of the exe an it spits out the right file to use for the mpq.. ithink something liek that if i rememebr correctly it was really easy
