(CNN)The French take their bread very, very seriously. In fact, there are whole sets of laws that govern which type of bread can be called what, and when and how often bakeries can stay open.
One such law in France's political region of Aube states that bakeries must close at least one day a week -- a day of rest.

Is a very hard job and they have to be up very very early so that we get our baguettes and croissants hot from the oven when we get there in the morning also they will finish usually very late so that we get our baguettes for dinner.
Not mentioning the fact that the job is demanding physically I guess them heroes deserve at least to rest one day a week yes :D
