new lobby room (and war2mod update)
1) can change all - res,fixed,speed,tileset,1peon,fog directly in lobby
2) fixed afk/brb
3) fixed downloader (fois helped)
4) fixed server enter compatible with new fois HD patch
5) fixed gateways
6) fixed many other bugs

Nice job, looks clean.  Should probably change the name "Ogre Mode" to something else.  No one knows what that means by that name.  Maybe "Team Control" or something more intuitive.

I was wondering - you know how when somebody /removes a watcher, it tells you who removed them?

Can you make it so that you can also know who drops somebody?

there is info who did it, need to read it, watcher who is watching can see it also for 1 second
