Support Requests / Can you make a game on US server/Connect with one other IRL human using TCP/IP?

Hi!

I'm new here. I love war2.

I want to play with my brother but the servers have lag that is noticeable. Is there a way to fix the lag? Are there US servers? Can I connect with my brother using our interview and play with ai bots?

Any info would be great.
