then you have the problem of distinguishing between what is "trolling" and what is simply war2 players interacting w/ one another. if it's left up to mods' discretion then people will always claim it's abuse when it happens to them or their friends. if you try to nail it down w/ some rules/code of conduct or w/e then it rapidly becomes exhaustive & starts to supersede common sense, + people start trying to exploit loopholes, throw the book at one another, etc etc etc

The thing is I actually associate some amount of fun/positivity with "trolling": like, you're saying something to get a reaction or have an effect, but there's generally some laughs involved, or at least some interest in sparking up some activity. At the end of the day, we have a good time and maybe even learn something.
That's as opposed to just flaming people and fighting and insulting.
