Ya thats fair. Sucks it probably cannot be fixed. To me the point is that the damage values and cost of certain abilities (mostly human) that are largely irrelevant/unfair is still something that was intended and thus should remain in the game. The tower bug most definitely was not intended so it would be cool if it could be fixed.

LOL i just looked at the leader board on speed run site (https://www.speedrun.com/wc2/full_game)

Szwag beat the previous record holder for orc campaign by over an hour and that dude had fog disabled!

He then beat the human campaign by 3 hrs...

Szwag is good but clearly sum nublords are speed running this...

The GDQ's are a fun watch if youre into speed running. Depending on how good the commentary is though. Some notable runs from the past (that are all on YT).

ZFG - Zelda: Link to the Past - 100%
Siglemic - Mario World - 120 stars
Monopoli - Halo 2 - Legendary
TASbot blocks are highly entertaining (TAS = Tool Assisted Speed run)
Metroid Prime runs by Miles
