Had a lot of technical issues with this Tournament,
Jesk and Alf-Attack actually were disqualified due to their conflict between each other.
This also resulted in a mix up of the rounds.
I would like to apologise to ~$lick~ and Cola[Euro] I accidently made them face Earth[IS] and Konin[IS] when in fact earth and Konin were supposed to face TK and Swift.
Overall good turn out. Next month ill be more organised with the doubles.
-
hard to organize that shit. thanks for hosting it.
but yeah, teams always get put together 10 mins before the tourny supposed to start.
Burnt used to have a grid for his tournaments. i forget the website. it was great to be able to just put the grid up online, link in his profile, and we could all just click and look at who we're playing
maybe ask him if you can have access to that or how he did it?
awesome tournament. swift blew it for us. pretty much entirely his fault. ill get a better ally next time.
-
Feel shitty about getting Player bounced in the first round.
Burnt STOPPED using the site you're talking about but it was http://turnier.bozeman.de/ (http://turnier.bozeman.de/)
-
there's gotta be some sort of "bracket engine" somewhere .. just register an account on some site and easily create/edit/update a bracket system. i would think any way. idk
-
I still like turnier.bozeman.de, not sure why Burnt dropped it. Of course there's other sites that people on here have also used. i think chalonge.com is one of them.
-
ill have to look into it
-
It was a good turnout there were 25+ people in the channel right before the brackets started getting made. There was a lot of very skilled BNE and GOW players there, it was a good tournament. Congrats to Joe and Logan on the finals and Congratulations to Braviet and Tony on the victory and cash!

Ryu this is the thread with the recording of the finals TK took. "Topic: 2nd and 3rd game of Warcraft II 2v2 Tournament Finals 11/8/2015" He has 2 videos on that thread, also check his channel for updates, I'm not sure he may upload more he recorded? Anyway the finals are on that thread.

Did Earth and Koin just not exist in this tourney? lol

They technically weren't supposed to play cause I had no room. But then jesk and alf con dq so I had them fill in.
Problem was they faced the wrong people
-
Who did they play? Don't see their result
-
I said in my second post they played ~$lick~ and Cola[Euro]
-
Ok I will have a public bracket at the next tourney,
I will be using Challoge
-
Good stuff. Its gonna save u a lot of time. If u need help setting gow brackets up next touring let me know. Its nice having equal teams play each other early and putting solid teams at opposing ends so they won't eliminate each other until semis

Good call, we actually have a challonge page or group or something here: http://war2.challonge.com/ (http://war2.challonge.com/) I think the main benefit is that the history of all the past tournies is there in one place, and if everyone uses it then people would only have to check in one place to see what's upcoming. Lmk your username if you wanna join and I'll add you.
The turnier.bozeman page stills works too afaik but challonge is much more modern and probably easier to use.
