Also the flags next to users in channel are missing. strange.

Um no, was more of a fail safe placed incase of 1.9.9 crash...that is according to iL. And the server did crash unexpectedly before 1.8.5 boot up.

Server is 1.9.9 now, working, status and extended status is working also.
Let me know if something is still wrong with it
