He did the same with me because i told him to fuck himself in french.

Well, i suppose too: permban as a result of just one join to account is too harsh. It's obvious and I'm sure all admins: Lb, blid and others agree with that.
The problem is different as i see it: you always try to foolish Lightbringer- and other admins. You try to do some dirty tricks against admins and not to break the rules at the same time.
If you get ban you begin to cry about dictatorship and demand to punish admins.

As an example, this situation: we try to ban every new dellam account and ip when he joins. Lb banned your ip. Have he been act right? I'm sure yes. He just banned one more dellam's ip.

My personal opinion - no. That was your fault. Not so big one to permban you, but your fault.
What people usually do when they understand they took a false step? They PM to admin that was their fault and they ask to excuse them, they will never do that again.
Of course any admin will unban them in a few time most likely.
What did you do when got banned? You begin to trash talk about stupid Lightbringer- and other admins in 3 threads.
My point of view: that looks like your purpose is to provoke someone (Lb) to ban you and then make him foolish, demanding him to unban you.

I think our main reason to implement the Rules is not to ban as many people as we can. The main reason is to protect people from each other when they do something anti-social.
That is how community acts all the time.
How it works now as i see it and how it worked always yet: here is the difference between rules and conscience.
If one breaks the rules it will cause ban. If one acts with bad conscience, he will get banned one day. Even if he follows the Rules.
I'd be happy to bring the rules into accord with conscience, but i'm afraid it's never possible for 100%.
And community will alienate people who don't follow their conscience.
That is how i see it.

im not an admin here, but i would definitely take all circumstances into consideration - the person of dellam, the fact that his password is 'dellam' & was posted here, the shittyness of the account (less than 20 games)
personally i think the warn or a short ban is fine, but a permban decision by two separate admins? nop - bias and vengeance. please make a final decision about this case so i know where i stand

Then he made the name Teron-Gorefiend to talk shit on people and use hate speech towards them so it didn't seem so inappropriate coming from his admin name, and nobody else could make fun of him and call him a muslim because nobody knew LB and Teron-Gorefiend were the same person.

Shows how much he respected the position...In another corner we have a rodent who overbears rules on people she hates. This whole fucking administration is a joke, I'd like to bring up what blid said the other day...I think he called us all "clowns"...well fuck this circus needs new leadership.

the server is more dead today than it was before me and burnt started rebuilding it the user base....
thats what happens when you start giving power to people who don't even play the game or get involved in the community ... or have people involved who are toxic to it

i left because i was the only active admin. burnt was on from time to time but it was hit or miss. i was pretty much the only one interacting with the players. i was assisting with issues, hosting games for them, mediating problems between players, playing games with them (all games.. comps, customs, classics, bne-f... all games) and i was the only one doing it for the most part.
then mouse was given control of the forums (which were only put together AFTER i pushed and pushed for a new forum. which were only put together AFTER i made my own forum and others probably assumed it wasnt something they would have complete control of)
im not denying LB or mouse have done a lot for the technical aspect of the server, but based on what i've seen neither of them are good at dealing with the players. and how could they be? neither one of them play. LB started playing more after he left as admin but up until that point I was the only one who was actually engaging with the players
So here I am throwing hundreds of dollars (along with burnt) into advertising. Playing regularly. Assisting users 1 on 1 regularly. Hosting for them etc and suddenly i find myself having to almost ask permission on how to deal with them when they break the rules on both the server and the forums... ask permission from people who don't even play the game or know the players personalities that are in question.

IF anyone ever decides to try to bring back war2 (because lets be honest its pretty fucking dead right now) i highly recommend those in charge (iL in particular) delegate who is in charge of what.
Technical people in charge of technical stuff.. nothing more.
Public relations type people in charge of public relations type stuff.. nothing more.
Just make sure when you pick someone to handle the public relations aspect (dealing with all the users... whether to assist, or to punish), pick someone who actually knows the users, interacts with them, and has the patience not to over react or act just as childish as the people they are in charge of "monitoring".

Try to calm down and do more things to help instead of spending all your time complaining. If you were to put 1/2 the time you have spent posting ill spirited stuff into something like learning to program or advertising, then maybe you would have done more good than bad by this point. You complain every week and apparently it has been 8 months by your own timeline. Have you not learned that your complaints have changed nothing? The only thing that comes out of this is you continue to stay angry and fight against people that aren't even listening to you. You have lost your position as a voice that people will listen to or respond to because of how you have gone about things. You are doing a great thing with your twitch feed. I think you'll be happier if you just focus your energy into that and make it the best you can. I'm willing to bet if you keep doing the twitch and helping out around the server people will ask for you to be admin. You won't have to spend time on the forums arguing with current admins as to why they don't make you one. You don't need a title of admin to be helpful either. Tk and burnt advertising and putting money into it weren't done solely because they had the title of admin. They were doing it because they wanted to improve the server and had passion for it. I think you can be effective if you redirect your energy into something productive.

Dude i have play on this server for the last ten years, ten years where ive been call french and bad and hackers by others at some point when i was winning... Ive never said nothing dude, even with all that time and all that work i put on... I mean i dint start to help the server this year dude... Ive done alot for the server since long time ago, ive done clan where i get a total of around 100 players all time, there alot of people wich i take to my wings and learn them and make them comming back to our server, ive made over 3 forums, ive help burnt in his own tournament, ive make my own tournament, ive made alot of map who became pretty popular. I mean dude ive done all of this since ten years ago... But when i see after ten years it was a lie where nobody can get caught of hacking it make me MAD dude. YESSS.. Fucking mad to see ive been call french as racist therm and being call bad and everything like that because i was just french... And i finally know peoples can toggle their hacks and cant get caught??? All this time waste??? So yes i became mad and yes i start to harrasse for an admin post because i totally open my eyes and see our actual one are lazy hacker and retard and they are not gonna nothing to give fresh air to this game... I'm going to add 1000 loses, change pw, spam, hack under good aka, etc... all evil shit!! We all know ip banning is a joke. CLAW probably had this all played out in his head. I think perm ban is wrong. Claw has now shown us all. If he can access passwords he will and use them.

IMO the server is on the decline because it's been declining for years. We all know it. It's nothing new. I do agree with tk on one point though -- we'd need funds to truly "revive" the game. Money for advertising, cash prizes for tournies, paying for reliable and timely development, etc.. We're almost certainly not going to get it though, unless Burnt wins the lotto or something. c: None of ru's admins are lazy, and they aren't killing the server, they just have finite time & money that they can reasonably sink into it. The very worst that admins can be accused of is failing to save the server, but hey, then again, so are you!

How is locking his account a weird punishment? He wanted to smurf as someone else so let him smurf for a few days or weeks...by locking his main akas. It's a way better idea than banning him from gaming. Also face it we all have access to proxies and VPNs...a ipban is a joke. Locking main akas with years of history is a much more effective punishment. Open your mind blid, you fail at creativity.

But Consider the password was leak on the forum and lightbringer see it and dint even spoil it i consider the staff is reponsable of it too... So i will give 1 week to claw instead of 1 month and gonna get permaban for next time...
But it's look like the staff can fix themself on what punishment they give and its finish for a 2 days ban.
Finally lock his account for this crime is totally useless since he dint overpass his ban.
You have no sens of morality and neutrality, sorry.
