I made it clear to him no server hacking before I let him tag. Not saying he is a known hacker to the point where I had to make it abundantly clear.

understood man but i have asked for a ss as i felt foul play was at hand ( 6 grunt ambush upon my exp when no way he could have seen it, he was attacking my peon with those very same 6 grunts moments later when i had a peon close to his base (not in sight) then as i snuck in for an attack he closed of a smith quicky ( he had no towers so no way in hell he could have seen that)
If he posts ss i will accept i was wrong but till then this sounds like foul play man.

If he changes his ip to get around the ban, and comes back as kale again, at least that way everyone knows it's martin18 and can boot him or play with him at their own risk

I believe through a version check he can (can anyone verify?), but he doesn't want to restrict on client since it may prevent some people from playing. Some people still use battle.net version of war2 still. Think there was a vote on this last year, spear headed by EQ, vote resulted in keeping all client versions open.
However after this little incident, I am re-thinking my position on this issue because I am honestly tired of this hacking problem.
