Title: cant install wc2 properly

storm.dll missing but i have download it and i dont know why dosnt let my install or in witch section i must place  storm.dll in ;c lokal disc how to instal storm and wc2 pls help !

i cant play a normal game because my peons dont ghatther enuff resources sad but tru my ally nub and he was ahead of my with alot and my i was going straight lust and not soiling resources but he had more gold more raxes  more units fasyt upgrade and he rushed even pls help
