I usually /watchall
last 12 or maybe 24 hours ive seeing this:
Watched user 16GB has entered Warcraft III Frozen throne game "Simple AOS +115"
Watched user 16gb las left Warcraft III Frozen throne game.

it goes non-stop, it delays about 5 seconds between each join+leave routine.
wtf is this, i rather not see it, it spams my output. :P

I see what you mean about the Frozen Throne thing, that's pretty weird. The "note" account is also joining and leaving bnet every couple of seconds, that's what sends the notification about no one being able to join a game, so maybe the 16GB is related to some other feature iL set up.

its very weird as what would the goal of entering leaving a game be (16gb)
or entering server and leaving (note)
using a frozen throne client
all this for about 4 continous days non-stop

Note is a server bot that whispers people hosting if their ports are closed, saying "yo idiot nobody can join yuou." That said I am not sure why it would have to log off and on the server to do that

Its to make sure he doesn't make any spelling or grammar mistakes. You remember how spaced Wide Ruled paper is for those elementary/primary school kiddos.
