Title: FB Insights/Multiple Languages

I'm amazed by how many Brazilians have liked the War2 Tides of Darkness page.  I think we should add a board on the forum for Portuguese.  I also recommend adding the ability to translate on the website and the forum.

Burnt noticed that he was getting a lot of interest from Brazilian users when he ran FBA. He also did one campaign directed entirely at Brazil and had pretty good results with it, so this seems completely justified to me. I'll set up the board and look into the plugins.

when i was in kali in 2005 brazil was the majority do a portuguese war2 give them what they want :P
