You guys should put rules and such in the TOS. So people see them on account creations.

Yes, good idea, i planned that, but didn't do since the rules became dynamic...
I think you right, need to put the current rules to TOS then.

I've been planning to rewrite the rules page on the website since it's obsoleted by the poll. I guess it'll just be a summary of what the poll does & does not allow, and then we can copy that to the TOS too?
